1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nibiru Rent Car services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Nibiru Rent Car, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for premium vehicles)
• Possess a valid driver's license that has been held for at least one year
• Present a valid credit card in your name for the security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements

3. Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment options include:

• Full payment at the time of rental
• Klarna Pay in 4 (split into 4 interest-free payments)
• Affirm monthly payments (subject to credit approval)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must only be:

• Driven by the renter or additional authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement
• Used on properly maintained roads
• Used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: racing, off-roading, transporting hazardous materials, or using the vehicle to commit illegal acts.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. Additional coverage options are available for purchase. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including:

• Damage due to negligence or prohibited use
• Interior damage
• Tire and windshield damage
• Loss of vehicle keys or documents

6. Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned:

• On the date and time specified in the rental agreement
• With the same amount of fuel as at pickup
• In the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear

Late returns will incur additional charges. Early returns may not result in a refund for unused days unless arranged in advance.

7. Modifications to Terms

Nibiru Rent Car reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
